"THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY FOR ANSWERING THE PHONE. AS I AM WRITING THIS, I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD, LISTENING TO THAT BORING MUSIC FROM 3:15PM TO 4:00PM. IF I CAN FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SEND OUR RESIDENTS I WOULD. AND I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO SEND THEM. I HAD TO GIVE IT 1 STAR FOR IT TO POST, OTHERWISE I WOULD GIVE IT NOTHING."

"Retired Army Veteran who was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago. After my inconsistent sleep study, they determined I had no sleep issues. I had to take over 1800mgs of my coping medicines just to leave my home !! They treat volatile insomnia, but dismissed every reasonable explanation for my daytime anxiety, PTSD, and chronic fatigue !! I am seeking a second opinion. CW4 Retired"

"My wife was diagnosed with a bacterial infection in her lungs 5 weeks ago. She is a double lung transplant patient. We are still waiting to get the meds they put in the order for. Insurance needed dosage and diagnosis 3 times. Also needed precert for meds 3 times. They keep saying they have already done it but not getting done. You always get voicemail and very seldom do you get a call back. It isn’t ..."
