"When you call to let them know you're on your way, they should note it and give you some leeway. My experience with the check in staff has not been good. I was told I was 1 minute late and that my appointment was cancelled even though I called. All other departments have given leeway when I call them to let them know I'm going to be a couple minutes late. But not PT. "
