"Do youself a favor and find a different Gastro Practice. I have had 3 procedures there and have never seen the doctors after the surgery. Their office is a train wreck, I was billed for a missed appointment that I knew nothing about, and they sent it to a collection agency. I will not be going back. To be fair the nurse practitioner Maria Pagan is very nice and professional, but she will be the only ..."

"Wow. Was hoping against hope but the negative reviews win. Terrible practice. Unprofessional. You get nothing but voice mail and full mailboxes. Calls are not returned. I never heard from anyone during my tele-med appointment window after waiting five weeks. This is not how one runs a business let alone a medical practice. Please do yourself a favor and avoid South Lake Gastroenterology."

"Please go somewhere else for any procedures. My wife had a scheduled procedure on April 30th. This was cancelled 4 days before procedure. It was rescheduled for 5/22/24. We were advised they would call us for the time and exact center location. My wife conducted the pre day prep and I got the day off to drive her for this second appointment. We could not reach anyone the entire day before procedure ..."
