"Was scheduled for an 10:45 appoint. Arrived at 10:30am. At 12 noon I asked why I was still waiting. Was told the tech that was to administer my test didn’t show today but was still scheduled to see the doctor at 11:30. Why wasn’t I called at home to tell me not to arrive until 11:30? This staff is rude and very unfriendly. Go somewhere else if you are looking for an eye doctor."
