"On the positive side, I had very good experiences at this facility from a medical perspective for two surgeries. On the downside, they overcharged me for the first procedure. This was due to a miscalculation on their part of what total reimbursement they were entitled to under the contract that have with my insurance carrier, and how much my portion of the insurance would be.
