"The care seemed decent initially, however, the billing is a nightmare. The codes are made. They don't look out for their customers at all. There phone systems were down for months. "UPDATE: After being sent to collections, and getting a court summons regarding that amount, I can see on my claims history for BOTH of my expensive insurance plans that ALL of these claims were paid out in September of 2023, over a year after the procedure date. "My husband had a colonoscopy here in July 2023. The procedure and medical staff was great. BUT they did not bill our insurance. We paid $1967 the day of ($1600 to South Denver Endoscopy and $340 to South Denver Gastroenterology) Then the Gastroenterology office called and said that we owed another $700 even though the estimate they gave was for $340. So I checked my Insurance EOB, nobody submitted ..."
