"Do not risk your financial health with these thieves. I have been associated with doctors in this practice since 1984. Then they decided to go "concierge," which I neither need nor desire. Good luck getting out of it!! Financial malpractice. I guess unless you like to call a doctor every day and be connected with a doctor you have never met. Go elsewhere."

"I liked Dr. Servin, but I'm shocked and disappointed to see that the practice switched to a concierge model (a subscription service of $199 like healthcare is spotify or something). I've never switched doctors so fast. Do not give them your business. "

"There is no doubt wait times when calling can be quite long. Also the wait "music" is noise that seems designed to make you hang up. However, the reason we go to places like this is for medical care. The medical care here is stellar. The physicians actually care about you. These things far outweigh any petty concerns about wait times for me. I've been going there 40 years and never had a less than ..."
