"For the last 2 days, my experience with the billing office has been HORRIBLE! No one speaks English and it is almost impossible to relay my concern without a scripted response. The service you receive in office is 5-star but the experience with getting a refund for a procedure that did not occur negates it to a 1-star. "

"I have been using Solis for decades and they have always been friendly and professional!! Trying to call them is NO different than calling ANYWHERE these days, with the automated calls. It's frustrating but what can you do? It's pretty much the same everywhere I call. Some are worse than others, of course. It seems to be the trend. I would, nontheless, recommend Solis."
