"Found out they were CLOSED and never notified their patients. No notification! No postcards! I happen to call in July 2023 to ask a question. That’s when a woman told me WE CLOSED. I thought for the day? Week? She said they closed permanently. I then asked how was one to obtain their medical records and it went quiet. This was in July 2023.
