"My son was referred to Smiles in Motion because of his age and needing a crown placed. After the consultation things got rocky. I was informed that they would be placing a stainless steel crown on his front tooth. Then proceeded to treat me like I had no other option in the matter. "I’m not convinced that Smiles In Motion is any better than the non-specialty dentist I took my other child to for years. The only difference between the care here and other places is there are a few more toys in the waiting room and they have tv screens on the ceiling. The office (EC) was a kids paradise, the front desk staff was so polite and explained everything in detail, the dental assistants were so friendly and made the kids so comfortable!! "Obviously they are very good with kids. It was my 2 year olds first dentist appt and he even had to have X-rays. Everything went way better than expected. I loved that there was education for parents to learn how to help the littles do what they need to."

When i asked the dentist questions about options she didn't answer them directly, just said they would give me information when I left. "The entire staff is Amazing! From the minute you get there the entire staff works hard to answer any questions and they are very accommodating. I was informed every step of my child's treatment plan. They also take special care to explain everything so the children understand everything that is happening. I just love how they put my child and myself at ease."

"We took our little guy in for his first trip and it could not have gone better. The entire staff was kind, courteous, and very patient with all of us! They gave him plenty of breaks and made sure he was as comfortable as possible during the entire visit. The office was very child-friendly! "My daughter was terrified to have some teeth extracted and Dr. Goettl, Natalya and the entire staff at Smiles in Motion made her feel very comfortable-she didn't even shed a tear! "Took my daughter here for her first dental appointment. She doesn't like new things and new environments, so I knew this this appointment wouldn't be any different for her.
