"Horrible experience. They never answer the phones. I had to call Capitol Dental to even get an appointment. Drove 70 miles to said appointment to get met with sorry it was cancelled. No phone calls or any communication saying the appointment was cancelled. Front desk lady was extremely rude about the entire situation."

"Don't waste your time. They never answer the phone and don't know the definition difference of canceling an appointment and rescheduling. They blame not having office staff when there are 2 people. Previous dentists I've gone to had one person scheduling clients. The office manager doesn't care about you just her ego. The dentist is fine and it's truly unfortunate for the professionals that work ..."
