"STARS: 0; I can't give zero stars so that is the ONLY reason they received a single star. Erica is rude and hung up the phone on me. Dominique said that it is my fault that Dr. Jenson did not put the notes in that my son needed his tongue tie taken care of. I was told by the surgery center and by Erica (receptionist) that Dr. Jenson was in last Thursday and would give me a call. SURPRISE! NO CALL! ..."
