"Horrible experience. The first time we were there we waited in the waiting room for 2 hrs just for a consult. This time it was 1 and 15 minutes to get called back for surgery. They ask up front for the liscence of the driver taking the patient home. Then they call her back and allow a boyfriend ( she’s a minor) who is 19 to go back with her no questions asked. How is that ok and legal what happened ..."

"My dentist referred me to Smile Krafters for removal of 4 wisdom teeth. I woke up from anesthesia and got back home and realized only 3 wisdom teeth were taken out. How bad is that? Mona Stone forgot to take out the 4th tooth even though they charged the insurance for 4. "Horrible place. They couldn't spell my name correctly date of of birth was wrong. I told them I didn't want general anesthesia but they gave it anyway. Be careful when signing papers. This place is all about the money. Front desk, so unorganized. Fax and copy machine they say is always broken."

"There were so many red flags I ignored that now regret and I should’ve read the reviews first. I went in because ONE tooth broke and needed to be extracted…I was given a consultation which was much quicker than anticipated, with heavy interest in pulling wisdom teeth from the staff. Fast forward to the day of my surgery, I noticed on the paperwork an additional tooth that I never gave the ok to extract. ..."

"Worst dentist, don't waste your time. Find another dentist office. My appointments have been canceled at the last minute 5 times at the very last minute. DR. Jackson, is unreliable and so is his team. Today my appointment again was canceled and I did not receive a call. I drove an hour to get here, the front desk people do not do there job. WARNING!!!
