"I love Mrs. Lee and her MA Jamie they are amazing; the front desk staff are great every time I call, they answer right away, wait times can get a little hectic sometimes but things happen, and I am very understanding. My mother and father are also patients here and we cannot express how happy we are with the service we receive here!"

"The building is outdated and the airflow is lacking. It seems to be 75 degrees inside which can be detrimental to some patients. Appointment may be scheduled for 2:30 PM but then you will sit for at least an hour before seeing a doctor. It appears that this practice lacks professionalism."

"Lisa's fellow doctors at Advent Health and in the local medical community gave her the nickname "Lisa 4-by-15". She got that nickname because she schedules 4 patients every 15 minutes. Obviously, that limits her time with each patient and the treatment she can provide. Patients often wait 15- 30 minutes in the waiting room before being called into a private treatment room. Then, the patient must wait ..."

"Response to refill request by my insurance home delivery pharmacy is terrible. I have run out of medicine twice in the past year. Calling today, as my insurance suggest got my sent to a voice mail. I will now run out of medicine again."
