"My appointment was at 2:30 pm sat in there waiting room for a hour before I got called back. Then sat in the exam room for another hour finally Doctor Paulis came in back and forth in and out of exam room for another hour was supposed to be on my lower back workman's comp. Then gave me a referral sto see Doctor Ross 2 weeks later. Not signing my papers for workman's comp. Asked him to check. Y ..."
