"I came in for a routine eye exam. I was offered an optional tear test which resulted in my exam being billed to my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance. They are now giving me the run around and saying they cannot bill my vision insurance because it’s a “medical diagnosis” resulting in me having to pay my medical deductible for these services.
