"I was given different info in person than on the phone. When I questioned the change (nicely) I was told I would receive a call back. Instead I received a certified letter discharging me from the practice. My family has been patients for almost a decade. I was so hurt and would never recommend this practice. "

"Poor poorest service I ever had and it was the receptionist I couldn't get past her couldn't get my phone call related to the derm she stole my 10 dollars she said she didn't have change then she lied to me one day and said they was open and I drove over there and they was closed and the dermatologist don't know about none of this because I couldn't get past the receptionist to tell her anything ..."
