"Please do not let your loved ones go here if they are truly struggling with their mental health. The way my daughter was treated was appalling. I was with her. A lot of the doctors were horrible but Dr. Syshane Lu especially. She does not care what you have to say, she gives no feedback, conversations are always one sided, and she’s extremely dismissive.
