"Nightmare. They misrepresent PAs as “dermatologists” and then argue with you when you ask to see an MD. The “dermatologist” I saw, who is not a doctor, offered me a handful of treatment options - antibiotics, creams, antihistamines, and was looking to me to decide. I thought I was talking to a doctor - clearly not. How can a PA prescribe without a doctor present???"

"Had a really good experience when went there. Because I booked online all I had do was give info/insurance and show iinfo in and showed up)..The 1 star is I have run out of medicine and no one answers phone!!! Nor do they get back to you when leave message. Been over a week. Disappointed. All reviews all say SAME THING"

"Horrible place with incompetent doctors and derm scoffed at my condition, even though it was diagnosed by one of the best derms in the world in NYC. Additionally, no one answers phone. Just try to get medication adjustments and front desk hangs up on you because they can't be bothered! Waiting room is also dirty and wait times long. AVOID. You have been warned."

"I haven’t gone there yet I have an appointment for tomorrow and I want to change it but I hold online for 15 minutes listening to somebody talking talking talk and then they told me to leave a message then I tried another new button and I got the same woman and the same thing they are in but no one is answering the phones. I’m already frustrated because no one has gotten back to me as of yet.."
