"Singleton Associates PA sent me a bill before submitting to my insurance. I paid the bill, and then, my insurance company paid the bill as well. I called for a refund since Singleton has been paid twice. I was told I would have to wait 30 to 45 days, but 45 days has come and gone. I am still waiting for the refund. I do not have any faith that this company will refund my money."

"I just recieved a bill for several thousand dollars from these people via a text. There is no phone number to call and no reply is allowed. I searched for the number, called and forwarded several times..... I called insurance and they say it is covered 100% but it is not submitted. I wonder what kind of practice is this? Now, I have to start fighting with these people.... Wonder what kind of practice ..."

"This is ARA doing business as Singleton Associates. They're tricking United Healthcare patients into thinking they're not ARA but first you get a bill from them and then one from ARA. Of course United Healthcare denies the claim and you'll be stuck paying the entire bill. I actually called the numbers and the rep didn't even try to deny it."
