"If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get my broken permanent retainer fixed. The technician left so much glue on my teeth that I couldn't even get floss through and my bite was off. Had to go back twice the same day. "Every single person was very nice from start to finish. They were completely patient in our chaotic start (2 kids and a newborn) and helped us transition smoothly to each part of the consultation.
