"I recently had a left hip MRI at this facility that I thought went very well. I'm an 80 year old male Parkinson's patient with limited mobility. I was asked by a male tech to transfer from my electric power chair to a Simon Med wheel chair to be taken to the MRI room which I did. After the MRI the same male tech returned me to the same changing room. As he was leaving he told me that if I ..."

"I have Diabetes so I called the day before my Brain MRI and asked if masks were required and I was tole that they are required for patients and staff alike. When I got there for my appointment, no one was wearing a mask, not the patients or the staff that I saw and was told that masks are NOT required at their office so I had to cancel my appointment because it is unsafe for me to not be protected ..."
