"The office clerk's determine who gets procedures and meds and who doesn't. I have been waiting since October for a procedure.l even complained to their medical staff and they refused to even get a referral and dr. Kosmary ordered one. The clerk name is Brandy"

"Watch out. Dr. Kosmary seems OK but you only see him the first visit. The rest of the staff is awful. They laugh at patients and gossip naming names so all that person's business is public. They can be heard in the waiting room! They make patients in pain wait in long lines at multiple windows. Either the staff is incompetent or they seem to deliberately make things difficult for the patients. ..."
