"I came for a teeth cleaning and to address a gum infection. Once they saw my teeth they had to do a procedure to remove the infection from my gums, one that involves taking a needle pick and scraping under the gums. The dentist was "out" of numbing spray but did the procedure anyway. She told me to let her know if it was unbearable and she would stop and reschedule once she "ordered some numbing spray". ..."
