"Called to schedule a first-time patient appt. Beth answered the phone disgruntled already and immediately put me on a 10-minute hold. She acted even angrier when picking up my call the second time. I said I'd like to schedule an appointment, she asked my name and DOB and said there are a few appt on 22-24th. I said okay what happens in a first time appointment is it a pap-smear or just paperwork. ..."
