"Terrible. I had an appointment in Elko and my caretaker drove me out to the hospital. The door was locked. I went to the office next door to verify I was in the right place. She was kind enough to call the Reno office. She was on hold for over 30 minutes, with no answer.. We finally quit waiting. I called my caretaker to come to get me. and we drove the 3 miles home. What kind of service is ..."

"Bad, really bad. I made an appointment more than a month ago. They called me less than 1 HOUR before my appointment to cancel it. It is not easy for me to get all the way across town for appointments. No apologies were made and no offers to make things right for my wasted time. Just a "Would you like to reschedule?" Nope! This practice, insists that clients must reschedule appointments 24 hours ..."

"Provider was helpful however the billing staff are extremely negligent. I overpaid and a refund was due. I called 6x and spoke with 4 different workers. After 4 months I filed a complaint with the State of Nevada Office of Consumer Health Assistance and they finally sent the refund. "
