"Dr. H. was one of the best dentists I've been too, but his front staff specifically the billing department are incompetent at best. I paid my entire bill prior to having an expensive procedure done. Then I was told a couple months later that I owed hundreds of dollars more because my insurance wasn't going to cover it. They refused to accept any responsibility for their error. "This is perhaps the best dental office experience I have had. The front office staff are warm, the dental assistants are more knowledgeable than what I have experienced in other clinics. The dentists here are amazing and do excellent work.
