"I've been to see the doctors here many years. After Ascension took over, and I went see my doctor for preventable care visit. My son also went for annual preventable care visit in a same week. Then I received two bills for me and my son. Someone in the billing department send my claim to my insurance company put my name as patient for both visits, and send the bills for me and my son. It is a mistake ..."
