"Could not schedule until 3 months out to get eye exam appointment. I get to office to see Dr Reed, and Zoe at front desk said they had not verified my insurance, and that is my responsibility, not theirs. I did not want to pay $350 out of pocket with insurance; I said I would have verified it before I scheduled. They had me sit to side while I called insurance company.
