"Even though I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because the person in front of me arrived 30 minutes late to her appointment. In this case I think SCDC should have seen the next patient instead of waiting on the late patient. I was counting on being on time but instead I spent a total of 2 hours there and missed a meeting."

"I use to love my hygenist; not so much this time; very rough, felt like she cut part of my gums away. Had more bleeding than normal and I'm still swollen today. Charged for routine care that should have been 100% covered by insurance to find out that they're not a network dr. I specific called local dentist in the area before deciding on one and they told me on phone they were. Front desk girl told ..."

"Cleaning visit went well. The problem was by evening I was running a 102 temp - it went down then back up to 100 today. So I contacted my Internal Medicine Dr. because I was coughing so much. I thought I was either having a reaction to the high dosage of the antibiodic prior to the cleaning. Other than the dry coughing I hope to survive.
