"I have been coming here since 2020. I have been asked to wait numerous times in the past upon arriving for my appointments. Yesterday, I had a 3:30 appointment and walked in the office at 3:36 only to get a lot of passive-agressive grief from Kelly, my technician, and one of the secretaries at the front desk.
