"On behalf of a Vietnam veteran who is a Marine Corp soldier, this VA and the VA in general in North Texas are inept in any help for veterans. Ive not seen such incompetence, or lack of care in trying to get ANY help for this man. The local TMC hospital is just as bad. WHY does the VA exist? so people can be employed on the public dime. Thats all I can conlude. SICK. "
