"Two visits- for a tooth extraction. First visit hour and 20 minute wait (had an appointment) 2nd.. 45 minutes late and counting. Writing from chair. Music is god awful and loud. Clunky tablet system for checking in is aggravating. And- I shouldn’t have to be needing a 2nd visit for a simple extraction"

"My wife has a terrible fear of the dentist. She made it very clear when she contacted them that she only wanted full sedation dentistry, as she's tried other things and they didn't work. They had her come in, do an exam, take x-rays and only THEN told her she weighed too much for full sedation. The humiliated her, and want to charge us for an exam that did nothing to help her and can't lead to any ..."

"I was one of those people truly afraid of dentist. Dr. Shamblott and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, even during a root canal. Now I not only am no longer afraid, I am looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Shamblott and his staff explain what and why they are doing something in a very clear concise manner. I honestly can not recommend anyone higher. ..."

"The worst dentistry and doctor. I paid 14000 for my teeth and after 4 years I had to redo it again. The doctor is very mean not friendly at all."

"I went in for a root canal on two teeth as well as a crown. What I was quoted and what I was charged was always changing. I finished up my treatment and my credit card was charged for the balance owed. 2 months later I get a bill for 600 dollars."

"I had an appt on Monday, I arrived at my scheduled time. I was told at that time I didn't have an actual appt I should have been told I was on the tooth pain schedule & I didn't have an actual appt I was an ad-on, mind you my anxiety was through the roof. FINALLY after 1 1/2 hours, I was taken back. I had a million x-rays and conversation with Dr. Shamblott. I talked about a care plan regarding root ..."

"I had my teeth cleaned at Shamblott. The dental assistant was great. I was told after the cleaning by office staff that they arent part of my dental plan. What?? I've never had an issue with Dental Insurance. I get a bill for $586. I call in to pay the bill and am told I know owe $667. Why? Not sure, but they are unwilling to budge and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Major bummer ..."

"You've Got to Get Your Root Canal! After a two hour root canal appointment with Dr. Liz, I left with Zero pain. I had considered having the tooth pulled. Dr. Liz explained the molar was 100% restorable based on x-rays. I'm happy she took the time to talk me "off the ledge". I've shared my experience with all my friends. Not a single angry nerve! Pain Free..."

"After extensive work done on my wife and my teeth in the past 2 years (all with Shamblott), we thought we had found the dentist for our young, growing family. DR Shamblott was very nice, the office had a nice atmosphere (80s rock on the radio), and they even gave you glasses to watch a movie for long procedures. However late last year with my wife needing more dental work and her yearly allotment ..."

"Never ever got to see this "famous" dr I cringe every time I see his poor little girl going on about how her dad won't let you b in pain and will make sure the teeth look great. I came in to see about mini implants and was humiliated and talked into dentures. Which turned out to be crooked and hung down on the left side. When the teeth were pulled the dentist pulled the top teeth she used the bottom ..."

"I have a tremendous fear of dentists due to a strong gag reflex and had not been for years. My teeth are as bad as they can be and I saw Dr Shamblott advertised on KSTP as being a caring dentist so I called and scheduled an appointment. From my first contact on the phone to my ultimate meeting with Dr Shamblott I could feel the sincere care and desire to help me. I am in the process of regaining ..."

"My family has been with Shamblott Family Dentistry for 5 years. With two teenagers in the family, its been a great experience for the teens to learn the importance of proper dental care with the friendly, communicative approach Dr Shamblott uses. Corey needed braces and, with the way his jaw and teeth developed, was finally ready for them at 14. We all learned a tremendous amount about what to ..."

"I have done with them a few root canal and crowns, after 6months one of my crown fell off and usually they say it might come off after 10years (6months is nothing) they did very bad job,I wish I never deal with them. The first time they were nice until they got me after that doctor Scott very mean was acting"

"My last dentist experience I felt that I was scolded at and talked down upon. They were condescending and did not show care for me as a patient. This was the POLAR OPPOSITE. I felt very cared for and appreciated. I wasn't just "another patient" and the dentists were not just trying to "do their job and move on"... it was evident they cared about me as a person and a patient. Best. Dentistry. Ever."

"I am a very nervous dental patient. The care I receive at Shamblott Family Dentistry is amazing. So amazing, in fact, that I scheduled another appointment for later this week. Everyone treats me well!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice!!!!! I am so incredibly grateful for their patience and expertise with my VERY fearful daughter who has NEVER been able to complete a dental exam or cleaning until we came here (we tried 3 times before coming to Shamblott). They really understand anxiety, and even ask on your paperwork if you have had negative experiences before and which ..."

"I'm actually quite disappointed with what happened last night at my appt. I originally made an appt to get my two wisdom teeth out with Dr. Tracy St. Dennis and when I got there they told me I was going to see Dr. Shamblott. I have been in pain for a while now with my one wisdom tooth and needed to be seen sooner then later. I had all ready waited a week before I could get it. I'm sure Dr. Shamblott ..."
