"We were patients of Dr. Souza for 10 years. We had to reschedule a late afternoon appointment due to a family emergency. It was our first cancellation. We called at 8AM. They charged us $50. It is there company policy, but after explaining why we rescheduled they did not budge, writing we were welcome to go elsewhere. It felt like a slap in the face for loyal patients in the face of a dying family ..."

"I was very impressed with Dr. Sheldon. I had a crown break off and there wasn't much tooth left and I was concerned I was going to have to go with an implant or bridge both options very expensive. He did a detail review of the tooth and started working on it. Decided he could use the remaining tooth and work it up and then recrown it. "I've gone to the Sheldon Dental office for several years, and I've always had a good experience. Today was excellent. The people in the front office are always friendly and helpful. Bridget always cleans my teeth thoroughly and gently. Today Dr. Andy, with help from Sarah, spent last minute additional time to adjust my mouth guard. I appreciate them all for their extra effort!"
