"Dr. Shea was professional and friendly. The staff was polite and courteous. They were prompt and could not ask for better care. They worked with my insurance company to make sure the cost was at a minimum. You get what you pay for. So I don’t expect it to be a “free” clinic, which it should not be. Shea clinic only cares about money not people. maybe the drs but why work for a company that only helps the rich. And the people at the counter who collect the money act like they are better then you"

"The best ENT there is when others told me nothing could be done and to accept my condition. I refused and Dr Shea has given me my life back. Excellent physician (15 yrs). My vertigo is virtually GONE!!! And, Dr Staffel for sinuses is excellent too. The first physicians where I’ve detected no arrogance. That’s saying something. They care about their patience’s heath.
