"Worst practice I have ever been to. They refused to see a patient in a wheelchair and the administration is the rudest I have ever encountered. I wonder if the Drs know how mean they are to the patients."

"The reviews from Benjamin A and others regarding deceptive communication, pricing, and billing are correct. I was the latest victim! Even if you ask for only 100% covered services, they will attempt to charge you for additional services WITHOUT EVER asking if you want those services or not. If you do not ask for the details (which they do not provide up front), you would never know. STAY AWAY ..."

"have only the best to say about Shapiro Family Dentistry from the top down including people at the desk. today my visit was with Kate the Hygienist. I am fairly new this office but, am very happy to be here and plan to stay and tell others about it. Kate was so gentle - - I usually dread cleanings. and the beauty of the office only adds to everything offered to me at Shapiro Family Dentistry."
