"I called this location in hope to become a patient, the lady who answered was super rude as she answered the phone. I was automatically uncomfortable to even say anything else. She called me back and I explained to her that I called in hope to become a new patient, but I did not like how she greeted me as she answered the phone. She reply " ok thank you bye bye". I hang up and thought "WOW! how weird ..."
