"Dr. Ben Heffter was excellent. I was going to have to drive to the city for a new partial. He is trained in dentures. Most dentist aren't. I have had many dentures and partials over the last 50 yrs. and none as well fitted as the one he made. Only needed one adjustment. He is knowledgeable, kind, explains well and just really cares. He is a great asset to their practice and for Seymour."

"This was the worst cleaning I had the hygienist did mot even polish every tooth , and as far as cleaning she that wasn’t any better. I don’t think I was even in the office for 1/2 hour. This is the first time I had this hygienist."

"I went in with great concern about what was happening with a problem tooth. Very professional and the staff alleviated my concern quickly.I had contacted the office on Friday and within a half hour I had a prescription for an infected tooth. Thanks I appreciate the service."
