"They advertise same day appointments that is a flat out lie. 3 months ago they kept telling me that they would get me on schedule. It’s like a broken record every month they tell me the same thing and when I asked about their advertised same day appointments they said that’s for people paying cash. I told them I would pay cash then they said it would take another month to get on the schedule."

"Beware. They say they accept your insurance, then they use an onsite lab that is out of network and try to get you to pay insanely high bills. That's wrong! They also recently started charging a 4% fee for any credit card payments. I use a pre tax medical flexible spending account for medical bills. Now those transactions are getting denied because of the fee. This place was not bad in the past ..."
