"Had a 1:40 appointment. Had not been seen at 3:20! Made the appointment the day before and was not told that Velocity had changed over to Sentara and all forms previously on file were no longer valid. I can see that the mentality and professionalism that Velocity carried is still the philosophy for Sentara. Absolutely ridiculous!"
