"What is wrong with your practice? Does Dr. Botros not care about the fact that his patients are not getting responses to their questions. They are being completely ignored? His staff does not respond to calls and you cannot get to speak with a living person. I need help. Carol Orr"

"I am an established patient at Selma for 7 years. This is the 2nd time in 2 months I’ve tried to see any physical or PA and could not get in for days. Today was was for a positive home Covid test. Here I sit at Urgent Care for hours. It would be hard to be more disappointed in Selma. I love Dr Erich. Too bad the practice is so poorly managed for their established patients. "
