"My husband had an appointment with Zachary Simons to have a cyst on his back drained. His appointment on Friday was scheduled for 3:30 pm but we got there around 3. They were running late, which happens - we understand. However, Dr. Simons didn’t finish until 4:35 (they close at 4:30 on Friday) and it seemed that he was rushing at the end. He even said to my husband “We’re supposed to close at 4:30. ..."
