"Dr Schogel is great but the staff and technicians are the WORST and as HORRIBLE as everyone says. A nurse missed not one but twice vein drawing blood. She didn’t ask for a fist and the band was not tight which is suspect. Another nurse was able to draw blood on the other arm immediately. It’s one thing for staff to be rude but when nurses have your life in their hands, it’s a whole new level. ..."

"WORST experience EVER ! Was a patient for over 20 years... in the time my care from doctors and medical staff was good. Office staff = HORRIBLE. I had a "fasting" appointment booked weeks in advance. Showed up ON TIME for appointment, was told "OH you were due here a half an hour ago".... NOT the case. Staff terribly rude, and charged me $ 50.00 "NO SHOW FEE".. WOW ! Tried to call and talk to anyone ..."
