"Love Dr. Khan. He's the only doctor I see that consistently gets me in and out in less than 10 minutes. His office staff is another story. It takes them a minimum of 7-10 business days to refill a prescription. And they have 1001 excuses why you can't speak with him on the phone."

"Have tried for 5 days and left three messages to make an appointment. You are never connected to a receptionist you have to leave your name and number to try and I say try to get an appointment. I have no idea how this practice survives. They can't possibly have everybody calling and leaving messages for appointments. I will definitely go elsewhere. I tried calling them to tell them that someone from there is trying to send me a fax - but I am a private person not at all affiliated with them or had ever been a patient - and that fax might be critical for some patient's care - so my call was VERY important!. "No one EVER returns a call. Weeks go by. They provide care for chronic and serious pulmonary conditions and completely ignore your requests for care. Its disturbing that ellis hospital ignores vulnerable patients who are literally in begging for an appointment."
