"My daughter was referred to this office for non-epileptic focal seizures. For a year, nobody got back in touch so another referral was sent. They kept asking for test results that had already been sent. Finally, I got a call back from who turned out to be the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered on a call. "It is extremely disheartening as a patient to feel brushed off and not believed when having to FIGHT for an appointment with these people. After almost a year of having to call them and argue with their disgustingly rude referal department, their solution was to "go to MCG." Dr. Hemphill is unable to even attempt to solve atypical issues. Don't waste your time with these people."

They declined to see me and held it against me that I left them a one star review on google for calling me a liar and having me weeks behind where I should be in the neurology process because they failed to properly read my referral and see I am a tricare patient. "Dr. Hemphill called in medication for my 93 year old parent after dismissing my parent from his practice and stating he could do nothing more for them. I received a text from the pharmacy a short time later indicating that medicine prescribed by Dr. Hemphill for my parent was ready for pick up. When pharmacist calls to get prescription refilled which mind you we call 5 days before it runs out because we know this is going to happen they never call it in. /then my seizure medicine runs out and it takes forever to get them to call it in.
