They kept asking for test results that had already been sent. Finally, I got a call back from who turned out to be the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered on a call. "It is extremely disheartening as a patient to feel brushed off and not believed when having to FIGHT for an appointment with these people. After almost a year of having to call them and argue with their disgustingly rude referal department, their solution was to "go to MCG." Dr. Hemphill is unable to even attempt to solve atypical issues. Don't waste your time with these people."
