"They were excellent until.. they completely compromised a test that determines your plan of care! When questioned they become defensive? A test result that can take up to 10 days took 45 days. Which leads you to believe how was my specimen stored? And Where? Did it affect my results? Can I trust the results? Oh and the results came through BECAUSE I call the lab and got all of the missteps. ..."
