"Ashley townsend, deputy commissioner, completely screwed my life over. Gave me medication from a friend that caused me to have a psychotic breakdown, then left me. Then she continuedtosee my family and friends, including my daughter who is 8 without my consent, and then left me. She should be fired"

"Deputy commissioner Townsend does drugs and abandons people care. Also goes and sees people's children without their consent. Does not care about anything but herself. Should be fired for doing drugs and providing medication illegally"

"Intake is so inefficient. Scheduling is worse. Social workers for therapy are inexperienced. Nurse practitioners for med management not current on psych developments in field. Definite pass. A county facility should be better staffed."

"After a year on the waiting list because of staffing shortages, intake called for a therapy appointment. Apparently, there is not Psych PhD to supervise a large battalion of just MSW's. And no gay-identified therapist."
