"SWMC tries to help people who really wants help, it's not a pharmacy that people can use for their habits. Those people that complain about mental health staff, did not come comprehensive treatment like counseling, group therapy, even employment assistance, they think mental health is their personal pharmacy and when don't get what they want, they try to demean staff.
