"Nobody ever answers the phone. Called every day for 3 days in a row left numerous messages. Its very difficult trying to get an appointment for a referral for my elderly father who just got released from the hospital who needs to be seen by a specialist. When you mention it to the physician they he get upset and you call back another time and still no answer. In the end we had to go in person ..."
