"If I could enter a score of minus I would. I was billed for a service that was never preformed..i went through Alphaeon for 1 year same as cash I set up auto payments and paid this $1600 well in advance. I stopped auto payment on the $760.80 Alpheon bill. I have fought this $760.80 charge since 6/23 . This $769.80 charge also invluded a $698.00 charge for a bone graft .. The office told Alpheon ..."
